Health maintenance is a combination of services provided in an effort to determine and maintain the health and well-being of clients. Participants must be 60 years of age or older to be eligible for the health maintenance services. Program standards dictate that services cannot be provided to those under age 60 years of age or to those who reside in a nursing home.
Health Maintenance services for Morton and Oliver County is provided by Custer Health Services. All Health Maintenance services are supervised by a licensed registered nurse. Appointments for the nurse can be made by calling (701) 667-3370.
The following services are provided by the health maintenance program:
- Blood pressure/pulse/rapid inspection
- Foot care
Health Maintenance services for Mandan is provided as follows:
Mandan Liberty Heights: Every Wednesday, 8:00 -11:30 a.m.
Mandan Library Square: Every third Wednesday 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
