For almost fifty years, under the Older Americans Act Title II Nutrition Program, the Morton County Council on Aging has provided older adults in Morton and Oliver counties with the nutrition resources they need to remain where they want to be – healthy and in their own home. This vital nutrition program has been extraordinarily successful in specifically targeting the needs of our rural communities across our service area. It remains the most cost-effective way to support a dignified, healthy retirement for the senior citizens we serve.
Morton County Council on Aging relies on regular donations to support services. This allows our seniors who are financially unable to contribute to still receive the care they need. No set fees are established and seniors are asked to donate what they can to offset costs.
We have been fortunate to receive partial funding and support for services from Morton County, the State of North Dakota, federal government agencies, area organizations, Missouri Slope Areawide United Way and private individual gifts.

Nutrition Program
Nutrition Services include our congregate meals and our home delivered meal program. These meals are provided at a suggested contribution but no one will be denied these services if they are unable to contribute. Your donation will make it possible for us to continue to provide these services to those who are not financially able to contribute to our program.
